Reviews
"An excellent professional theater. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, local restaurants are mostly closed after the weekend matinees, and you have to arrive early to get nearby parking."
"Longtime subscriber. Always a great theater experience - terrific actors, interesting selection of plays, intimate theater (no bad seats), and many great restaurants in the neighborhood (i.e., you don't have to move your car to go out to eat after the show),"
"Quaint theater experience. Loved whatching Choir Boy. The theater is public transit accessible and ticket prices were fair. I was in the back row and felt I had a great seat. I could hear just fine and lighting was appropriate too. I was surprised there were multiple stages in this hall. Wish bathrooms were larger. There was a line to use the mens restroom. Area where theater is located seems safe to walk at night too. In fact there was plenty of restaurants and live activity for before or after theater fun. 5 star experience."
"Lovely theater in the South End that puts on smaller, more intimate, productions that are reasonably priced. Had a wonderful time seeing Fun Home. Will definitely be going again."
"One of the best performing arts companies in Boston. Their plays are always entertaining and cater to a variety of tastes. They are often very high quality and really raise the right kinds of questions. I also like how there is often a discussion with the audience after the plays!"
