"I hired Bernie’s Blue Line Barbecue for a work event last weekend and couldn’t have been any happier! Jason and Mary were amazing and so sweet, and went above and beyond! The food was some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had. The presentation of the buffet was perfect. I highly recommend them for any event!"

"Bernie’s Blue Line Barbecue is the Best I’ve had! Brisket, pulled pork, chopped chicken were so flavorful! Mac n cheese delicious along with all the sides. We didn’t get to have Bernie’s at our home so I picked up all the food and Jason gave me instructions for heating, it worked out perfectly. "Seriously amazing! We had a tasting with the owner, Jason, for our wedding next year. I had posted looking for various different vendors in some NY weddings groups, and several people suggested Bernie's Blue Line as we were looking for buffet style BBQ. Did not disappoint at all! Everything we tasted was knock out of the park! The pulled pork was juicy, moist and super flavorful. Every side we had including Mac & Cheese, coleslaw, potato salad, pasta salad, corn. Everything was Seriously amazing and had tons of flavor. What we loved the most is that everything had its own flavor, and didn't all taste exactly the same. So much love & thought is put into this food and it shows so much! Also Jason is amazing! Very humble & very willing to go above and beyond for any event you have, and also willing to accommodate really anything you need (within reason), we for sure thought if we got BBQ we wouldn't be able to accommodate any vegan / vegetarian options but by golly, Jason can and is 100% willing! We got plenty of left overs after our tasting, which was also so sweet & nice. We had them for dinner the next day, and everything held up even as amazing left overs (and I can be a picky left overs person!) His location was so neat to have the tasting at, also. Very personal, very relaxed, and we felt no pressure at all. We are so glad that Bernie's was suggested to us! From the people, the food all the way to how they present themselves with decor and going above and beyond to make sure they aren't just your typical BBQ place.
