"I ordered a Small BLT sandwhich usually everyday I immediately tell them no cheese no Mayo And they comply saying okay When constructing the sub I didn’t see the employee put Mayo on my sub so I assumed it wasn’t on the sub I arrive at work to find Mayo on the sandwich. What if I had a food allergy Can they please follow instructions or I will not be coming back! Employees shouldn’t assume I would like Mayo just listen next time! The employee making my sub was the darker haired long haired gentleman not the ginger one but the long haired one about 5’7 wears an American flag bandanna"

"This eatery is the true hustle and bustle of New York. They get the job done with a smile. Their food is excellent. They are a little pricey but worth it. The food amounts are plentiful. I frequent this place about once or twice every few months or so."

"Never had a bad experience, nor have I EVER had a bad sub. BEST in the capital district! They're worth very cent. Some reason today I order chicken wings. Not knowing what to expect, I was thrilled and kinda taken back. The wings are f'ing delicious! I only know of one other place that makes wings like this!"

"Nice slice of Pizza. Locals and college students depending on the time of day and day of the week. Ordering requires some NY aggressiveness because there is no que so, if you need a Panera to feel safe, you might struggle here. The food is top notch and worth the effort. Enjoy"
