"I asked to have my dogs belly cut short. Apparently that warranted an extra charge?! I dont get it. If thats how you conduct business, then why was i not charged for each and every fur length difference in her groom? MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE. My dog is a shih tzu, she's been getting groomed regularly for almost 6 years. Additional charges are always discussed ahead of time. I guess our previous groomers were just professional like that."
