"I had appointment with Cheathy Keath, NP set up for 06/05 by VA, it was cancelled by phone the day of the appointment, when we were on time and 15 minutes from the office. An appointment was rescheduled by Optum Serve for today with the same NP. My wife and I arrived on time, checked in and waited approximately 30 minutes, when the receptionist came in and advised us that our appointment was again cancelled without any prior notification. I contacted Optum Serve and the VA and immediately advised them what happened and requested a different provider for my exam. I appreciate the VA very much but have lost trust in this provider unfortunately."
"The people there from the moment you walk through the door are so warm and welcoming. I love my therapist, such a compassionate person. I first went to a VA facility in Worcester and all they do is brush you off. I will never go anywhere else than the Vet Center."
"This is a nice place but they f2f o not let you bring your service dog unless they are ADI Certified. They are going by some law that was supposedly implemented by the VA FACILITIES in the 1980's and the VA's deemed it not necessary, now allows all service animals. The Vet centet follows this old abolished law from the 1980's. This needs to be protested. I stopped taking my dog there and therefore I stopped going to this office as there was madeup lies that my dog was unfriendly. I raised beagles for over 20 plus years and they are the knidest and gentlest dogs in the world. I started going to the Warwick Vet Center and they have never given me one ounce of trouble with my dog at all....."
"Please, all veterans welcome. This has been my got to for about seven years now. I highly recommended service members and veterans alike to pop in and say hello!"
