"MARK, we paid you in full in December of 2017 and have reached out to you (phone, letter, email) repeatedly since then. We just want what we paid for. Your last email to us dated, 4/10/18 read: "Hi So Sorry Its taking a little longer than expected. I hope to have it this weekend. Thanks for a little more patience. Mark" We have once again emailed you repeatedly since April. We have been very patient, but the lack of communication from you would suggest that you are hoping we will just go away. We will not go away. We need the footage that we paid for. Feel free to get back in touch with us and we will remove this review."
"Our church hired them to record and produce a video of a guest speaker almost two years ago. We paid for in full before the event (very stupid on our part) it’s been almost 2 years, hundreds of phone calls, dozens of emails, and many registered mail returned and they still have yet to make any contact , Or returned the raw footage, let alone a finished product. They are a horrible Company , do not use them at any cost."
