"Went to see a show at this venue last night. This was my first time at the Chevalier Theatre. I was excited to experience something new, but my money was completely wasted. I'm not quite sure why you all have balcony seating at the very edge if you aren't even able to have a view of the stage. If it is an obstructed view, why are you selling tickets for those seats for shows? My partner and I, along with others in our row bent over the railing the entire night just to see what was happening. This was an hour - hour and a half show. Also, there was a screen that was above the stage that could have been used for those who may have not had a view but it was never turned on. And it was confirmed you all could do it when the performers had asked to put something up on that bigger screen. Usually don't post too many reviews, but we all were extremely irked last night."
"Came for a concert. Well organized, clean, good security, ample ushers and attendants, good seats and good acoustics too. Seems to be top notch operation. Arrive early, eat locally and you can park reasonable distance. Eateries have responded to theatre crowd and several tasty cuisines within 9 minute walk. Else use ride service bc parking can be remote or pricey."
"Deon Cole was awesome. Sat in orchestra and the view was great. Comfy seats with plenty of room. Sound was good too."
"Good things: It is located in a nice town!!! Free parking near the theater and the prices are good. Clean restrooms and kind staff. I loved it! You feel comfortable and safe."
"We sat in the balcony for a concert. The physical, wooden seats weren't great, but weren't as bad as I thought they might be. A limited number of cushions were available to use - they had them in bins at the top of the stairs (see photo). One of our seats in particular (48A) did not actually exist - they gave us a folding chair, which was unexpected. The view from the A row in the balcony was obscured - the railing blocked part of the view of the stage when we were seated. Temperature was fine, even though the hall was full and it was into the 80s that day. Sound was also fine. Overall, we had a decent experience."
