"Never showed up at 11:00 after I called a week in advance to make sure the appointment was ok. I also told them I have to take personal time off. Ya ya I have you in the books. Now 12:46 and still no one showed up - not how to run a business-"
"Last year I had NESS install a new system to my pool area. They started off good. I was not pleased how they placed the speakers. After going back and forth on moving the speakers to where I wanted them, I was pleased. This year I started hearing a buzz(white noise as Bob put it) in my speakers. I gave Bob another call to to see if he can fix or adjust the noise and he told me he can "sell" me a device that would reduce the noise. I was also inquiring about underground subwoofers. Never heard back again. That is my review, and that was my experience."
"Purchased a new radio/cd player for my Toyota Rav 4. Good price, friendly professional service. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. Will try and remember to get back and rate the Kenwood unit after I've had more time to use it. Would definitely recommend Sight and Sound."
