"I needed spay and neuter appointments at their upcoming clinic. I'm so desperate to get my dogs sterilized but every vet near me is so booked out to the point they aren't accepting anyone, I found two open appointments and had the deposit for the appointments. I was extremely ecstatic about it. I can stay with friends or family closer with my dogs because they understand the situation, but the vet declined my appointments because I lived too far away. I'm left with no where to turn. No one to do this surgery on my dogs. I just can't even understand, they didn't even talk to me about it or anything, no call. They just. Declined. Devastating to say the least."
