"Subpar experience and cut. I went a few months ago for a trim, figured I’d try it to save money, but I guess you do get what you pay for. I get the sense that it’s a gamble based on your specific hair and cut with the specific stylist’s skill or style, but I have a pretty basic cut and the stylist I had told me she’d been there for many years. My cut wasn’t butchered, but i just didn’t like it. I held off on reviewing because I figured, maybe it’s unfair and I’m being dramatic, but then yesterday I got a cut at a salon (Capelli’s) and it really was much better both in experience and results."
"Post-Covid reopening review. The stylists are great and even though it took two cuts four weeks apart to fix my self-cut lockdown hair, my style looks great. The shop is bright and spotless. I am a little concerned about the relaxed Covid precautions. There are now four customers allowed in at a time instead of two and my stylist was wearing a face mask that vented out. On the upside, while walk-ins are welcome, they can only come in to make an appointment and have to leave and return at that time. My regular shop went belly up and this Supercuts is a worthy replacement. Recommend."
