"This is a lovely intimate venue to see a show. It's very small place, so buy tickets early to get a good seat. We sat in the parquet area and we had a great view with no one in front of us. My only wish would be more options at the concession counter aside from popcorn. Some candy or other snacks would be nice."

"The seats in the balcony are too low and are not deep enough, I'm afraid. They have done a good job with the acoustics if you are unconcerned about comfort. I tried twice because they get great shows there. Karla Bonoff, who was great, had sound feedback problems and some of the power strips looked like cheapos from Target. So, a mixed review. Sorry to be critical."

"We purchased tickets to a concert 5 months ago and picked up our tickets at will-call the night of the show. When we arrived at the theater, we were surprised to see that the normally free parking lot had a sign, "charity $5" to park. I paid it because we were running a little close to curtain call, but I'm not sure if i would have pd otherwise. I'd think that "charity" would be considered optional, but I wasn't going to debate it. We made our way into the historic music hall and easily got our tickets and a beverage. We climbed the stairs to get to our seats, which were perfect. Parquet Center right, row A. Although not packed, there was a nice crowd, and the center floor seats were all sold. As the show began, (2 guitars and one vocalist)the sound was continuously tweaked. At one point there came a buzzing from a speaker due to a cord malfunction. The artist attempted to fix it, but eventually, the sound cree came up and worked on it. I personally think that the sound crew should have come up immediately and not make the artist kneel down. The artist did take a break in order for the sound crew to be able to work on the sound (cords) without disrupting the rest of the show. During this break, however, the concession booth was not open. (I think it was possibly due to the fact that there wasn't supposed to be a break.) After the break, the sound was much better. The artist received a standing ovation and played one more song before ending the concert. It was a little congested exiting the floor to leave the theater, and patience was needed."
