"Do you remember the best French Fries came from McDonald's? To preserve that memory go to a different location. I used to come here once a week for a quick lunch. Then every other week, then once a month. Everything about it is mediocre. This is my last visit."

"Was forced to use a kiosk to order and I hated it. It took a long time to get the food and once we got it we were told they didn't have some of the items. Staff was confused on how to do a refund. But to be fair they were understaffed but still nice."
"Sat at the drive-thru order box for at least 15min and no one on the other end. Another car was the other order box experiencing the same thing. When I drove away (since no one was taking orders) I noticed a team member just standing at the window not doing anything, maybe talking with other coworkers."
"Place is always sticky. The service is absolutely the rudest I’ve encountered. The young blonde at window dropped half my change and said oops have a great day. The whole time I was ordering she said “yup” “what” “what else” and girl doing drinks was so busy talking she didn’t even know I was there this place is horrible and I’ve lived here for three years and it’s always a different turn around of employees management is slacking on there training it’s disappointing"
