"Terrifically long wait in the drive through, completely incompetent staff in regard to following simple order instructions, and a prime location in the worst ghetto of the slums of a decrepit Falmouth. This is, by far and away, the worst dining experience I’ve ever had the unfortunate displeasure of experiencing, and I say that having been to Brockton MA, and they aren’t particularly known for their culinary expertise. I’d rather take my own life and that of a small family with me than ever TRY to eat here again. We ordered a SINGLE CHICKEN SANDWICH with no mayonnaise, and the one geriatric employee with more pounds on her waist than cells in her brain couldn’t even manage to spit out so simple of a request without somehow miraculously messing everything up. So, one explosive episode of mayo later, we find ourselves wondering what wicked thing we must’ve done for the gods to burden us with this curse."

"Restrooms were horrible dirty floors etc no paper towel in dispenser. Only three other orders after ours and we got someone else's order in a to go bag when we told we were eating. Fries were cold by the time they made to right burger. The tables were not cleaned It sucked"

"The food is mediocre at best… not consistent at all. Staff is rude and act like you are a inconvenience to them not personal at all!! I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and had ZERO interaction with any staff I was not greeted at the window, was not told my total at the speaker or window, not apologetic for the long wait. I’ve worked in customer service management for nearly ten years and was shocked by the service I got. This store is somewhere I wouldn’t go back to even as a last resort I will not be giving them my business again. Management is needed in that store."

"multiple sources clearly states the Burger King is open until 12 but when approaching the worker she said they closed at 11. She claimed theres an automated message asking for our order at the drive through when it sounded like a person asking us for our order. Don’t come here past 9 they are clearly too bothered to take your order"

"Never have i witnessed such chaos. Fully staffed, but they are nonstop yelling orders at each other and getting each other confused, which resulted in every order i witnessed either put together wrong or ordered wrong. Not one customer in the 20 minutes I waited received their orders correctly, including myself. Instead of working together and being helpful, they all wanted to boss each other around. As a store manager myself, what I witnessed was just utter chaos, and could of been avoided. Resulting in a lot of happy customer's, instead of unhappy customers."
