"The worker already refused to tell me her name however the old lady who works at this Wendy’s who apparently son also works there refused our service/shut window on our face while being polite telling her that she got our order wrong and we would pay the extra cost. Honestly, when we were ordering at the drive thru she was already acting like she was going through horrible menopause. When we asked her to correct the bill and order she yelled at us for “saying something different” and as we just kept asking to resolve it. Her son ended up coming over to see what the issue was and he was telling her to calm down and repeatedly said sorry to us and that he didn’t know what her problem was. It is honestly disgusting that this ladies job is to interact with customers because I have never experienced such disrespect over a small burger that wasn’t finished being made yet. Extremely disappointed, ended up driving to the Wendy’s in Seabrook and received excellent service!"

"I wish they never change the old buns with the sesame seeds on top of than that. It’s a great place to french fries or a little Salazar. I wish there were."

"I always appreciate that Wendy's food tastes fresher than many competitor's fast food. I love the Biggie Bag options. Today I got a double stack cheeseburger, small fries, 4 PC nuggets, and a beverage for $5. They also have a wider menu than other fast food restaurants. This place is modern and had a steady stream of traffic for a Saturday afternoon. I have been through the drivethroufh here before, but this was my first time eating in and it was very enjoyable, good service, comfortable seating, and easy parking."

"Never an issue with the staff or the wait. The problem is that the burgers aren't hot enough, not close. I've been there multiple times and it's always the same. This is a common issue at other Wendy's as well. Keep in mind I start eating about 30 seconds after the food is handed to me."
