"It is my CIVIC DUTY THAT I REPORT, TO THE PUBLIC, WHAT I SAW TONIGHT NEVER EAT AT THIS AMC LOCATION TONIGHT IS JANUARY 17, 2024 Ladies and gentlemen, the movie I watched was overturned by the fact that I saw a rat or a mouse scurry across the empty movie theatre aisle. I saw the creature SEVERAL TIMES! I would have left but my date was unbothered and immersed in the terrible Mean Girls film (??????!?!! ) I’ve been coming here since 2009 and can’t believe how downhill this place has gone. I was terrified. This is a violation of my rights and it should be ILLEGAL to operate BUSINESS selling food with RODENTS in the building , dog. I told the manager and was very nice about it despite my panicked state. He was apologetic and said they have some pest people come in 1x a month or something to that effect. I said clearly it’s not working though , my guy. Lmao never again. THESE rats trying to bring back the bubonic plaque. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED FAM."

"Please eliminate the 6 dollar fee to buy tickets online. Why is there a fee when the cinema is getting money whether or not people actually show up? The employees at this location are polite and helpful and act professionally. I would love it if the lobby had more selfie props and merchandise tied to the movies, for the experience. I like how easy it is to find the seat numbers. Please decrease the decibels of the trailers and ads. AMC - please create a deep-cleaning company that services your theaters. I've read reviews of several AMC theaters. They are turning into the decrepit run-down sticky theaters AMC replaced. I lost my phone into my chair and it was really gross trying to find it, the chair was stuffed with old trash and food, thankfully nothing sharp and dangerous. I had to pull out heaps of trash to find the phone. During the last movie I went to the person in front of me lost a phone in his chair and people gathered around using phones as flashlights and pulling on the chair and digging through trash like a scene of an earthquake to rescue the phone. They politely apologized for making the end of the movie a view of people bending over a chair. AMC - please clean the seats completely and look into modifications that would prevent things from falling in or being hidden in the cracks."

"Really a great Cinema. The theater I went to was awesome, food is definitely over priced (as is every theater) but the staff and service was good. I thought the audio was actually a good sound, and the theater had a community feel like you were watching the film with a ton of friends. Will come back"

"I enjoy watching movies here but something has got to be done about the cleanliness of the restrooms and drink stations."
