"Paid way too much for concession stand good. The pretzel bites were soggy and when I bit in I found a hair in the pretzel and hoped it was my own but it was a long hair (mine is short) baked into the pretzel. I couldn’t get myself to finish eating the pretzels as they already didn’t taste the best as is, so I tried to eat the pop corn and I kid you not there was a hair in there as well. I once again checked to be sure it wasn’t mine, and it was the same long curly type of hair. Mistakes happen and things get busy, and the movie theater looks very cool, and the quality of the projection is great! Just disappointed in the food, seeing as movie theaters already charge a lot for food as is."

"It’s unfortunate that Worcester doesn’t have its own movie theater, but this place makes up for it. This place has absolutely no shortage of places to grab food, always has lots of movies playing, and the theaters are always pretty clean. Loving seeing movies here"

This is my go to movie theater with my family and I! Movie prices aren’t over priced, availability for seating are reasonable and desirable choices, abd to make it even better this movie theater is clean always!"

"Overall great place. Only has 3 stars mainly because of the lack of alcoholic drinks after 10pm and the seats in the back row. To give you context, my movie started at 10pm and I drove from Springfield, Massachusetts. I had a great time here. The management here is AMAZING. I asked for a manager and got the best service. She was nice and took care of my cousin and I who drove an hour away to get here. Thank you for a great experience. The seats in the back row of the theater have a weird angle and you actually miss out on what's on the bottom portion of the screen when fully reclining. I'm unsure why this is but it created a bad experience for my friends and I. Other than that, the place is extremely clean, professional, and beautiful. The food was great. Cannot complain at all. Plus there were meal deals here which is always a plus. I wish alcohol was served with it but unfortunately alcohol was not an option as they were closed after 10pm."
