"I've been a long time customer 10+ years. NEVER had a negative experience until recently. Maybe they have a new cook. I always order a side a chicken tenders with one of their sauces that they let marinate in a large plastic container. This order they barely put any sauce in the container so it was like I was eating plain chicken tenders"

"I called to place an order as I do every week and spend a lot of money with this company. Saturday was no different. The gentleman working the phones and the store was extremely racist and disrespectful and disgusting while I was placing my order. He rushed me on the phone while I was placing my order and then hung up the phone on me(I completed my order and was asking for a total). I drive to the location to talk to a manager and he told me to leave his store he was not servicing “my kind” and called me an idiot and repeatedly told me to leave. He told me he would never accept my money so why waste my time in the restaurant. I have never been so disrespected in my entire life and to be treated unjust is beyond unacceptable. This gentleman should not be allowed to work anywhere with his attitude towards minority women and minorities in general. I called the Quincy location and talked to a gentleman that always takes my order and he apologized repeatedly to me and took my order and guaranteed me that he would inform the actual manager of the incident. Should he continue to be employed by this company I do not see any good service coming from this store. I’ve never had a bad experience in my history of ordering but that gentleman (older white man thin gray hair) ruined a life long experience dating back to when they occupied the storefront on Gallivan Blvd and Adams st. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!"

"Food is pretty good, disappointed in the wings, will not order the wings again, I asked if I could have mostly flats (in writing) as I dislike drumsticks, my order had ALL DRUMSTICKS.... seriously?? I get you can't give all Flats, but to include none! Bad business"

"Their buffalo chicken Sicilian pizza is so good that it's been a means of bonding for me and my roommate. One of us mentions it and the other lights up. For one thing, it's hearty as hell; it feels like an entire loaf of bread is somehow stuffed into each slice. But it's also spicy without being overwhelming, and it reheats well — valuable given how big it is. You're also paying ~$21 for 4–6 meals' worth. Can't beat it!"

"The worst fish and chips ever... They advertise fluffy haddock. But I got flat over fried school lunch fish... Sucks!!!"
