"Fabrice has been the only person to cut my hair for 10+ years. At 13 years old I had a scissor happy stylist that didn’t understand my curls or hair type cut me into a 1986 Michael Jackson fro.. let’s just say that day is still traumatic to me at 40. When I met Fabrice I had years (12+) inches of damaged hair and was terrified that I would relive the day I dreaded. With care, compassion, and consideration she cut the most damaged and left some for me to see the difference for myself. A few weeks later I went back to remove all unhealthy hair confidently. I’ve been coming back ever since. I think when it comes to our hair trust is the main factor and I TRUST Fabrice to cut, color, style and she puts me in trance every time she washes my hair! Don’t know Fabrice? You Should!"
"Absolutely love Viselli salon! Always have such a great experience! So glad I was able to find this salon when I moved to Boston and everyone here is so professional and simply the best! My hair always comes out perfect and the color lasts for so long! So incredibly happy with my hair stylist Cristina, she is amazing and so talented!"
"Jackie at Viselli has been doing my hair for over five years and she is the best! My gray hairs can be color resistant and Jackie always takes the time to make sure that I have great coverage and feel good about my hair. Jackie has a way of making each client feel like the the most important one regardless if you are there for a single process or a full foil. She is always willing to suggest new ideas but only if requested and she also keeps life style in mind and provides advice accordingly. She cares about providing excellent service and her clients. Jackie is also a kind person with an amazing sense of humor with a big laugh and an even bigger heart. She is one of my favorite human beings and is an excellent stylist. Christina, the owner of the salon, is also very professional and kind and runs a great business. I highly recommend Viselli."
"To say I’m particular about my hair is an understatement. Over the years, I have had some terrific stylists across multiple metropolitan cities but none compare to Jackie at Viselli Salon. She is quite simply the best! She listens, she understands, she makes great suggestions, and most importantly, she executes meticulously! Her grasp of color is outstanding and her cuts are always on point. She is the first stylist I have ever had where I don’t feel the need to micromanage the process. I trust her implicitly. I just settle in, enjoy a coffee and let Jackie work her magic because I know, when she’s done, my hair is going to look fantastic! (Believe me….you’ll leave feeling like a supermodel (the power of hair is real))! On top of her immense talent, Jackie just happens to be one of my favorite people on the planet! She is smart, she is kind, she is warm, and she’ll keep you laughing! Trust me when I say run, don’t walk, to go see Jackie! Your hair and your heart will thank you!"
"Ruined my long curly hair. I got a haircut recently from Angela, it cost 125$ with tip and is the worst haircut I've ever gotten. I booked with her after being told she was the best for someone who has curly hair and also likes to wear it straight. I told her the exact cut I want, showed pictures of my previous haircut, my natural hair texture etc. She told me she doesnt think layers and face framing look good with curly hair, and I assured her I have had long round layers before and curtain bangs and love it. The 'layers' ended up being a shelf cut straight across, and she didn't even touch my grown out curtain bangs. Called the salon 3x to try and get it fixed after I straightened my hair and noticed the unblended "layers." No response. Look online, they have a 48Hr adjustment policy and no refunds. Spent 100$ at a different salon to fix her terrible job. My hair went from almost touching my hips to being nearly shoulder length at the end of it all."
