"Absolutely awful service. They didn’t write down my appointment so no one had a clue I was coming in. The place was dirty and smelly. The absolute worst part was that the girl doing my hair clearly did not care. She was watching TikTok’s not even paying attention to her work which led to her parting my hair incorrectly. This is the first time my hair has looked so awful after getting it braided and I truly hope you do not go to this establishment. There are many other braiding places in Boston, this is not a good one."

"This place is disrespectful and dirty they left and old lady in a corner for 5 hours they asked me to come and had me wait two hours before the worst braider came and did my back braids the owner told me one price than charged way higher after.she refused to finish if I didn’t pay .the whole shop talked about me for hours they used the bathroom and ate never washed their hands. My hair was so itchy when I left I had to wash my braids twice i paid a couple hundred and I’m disappointed how they look now after two weeks. I will never go there again. They are money hungry and rude."

"I love my hair not the best but it's damn close... Good job ladies - I wrote this review as soon as I got my braids done. I did not have time to go home and check it out. When I got home I notice that the back of my hair was done very poorly. My hair was sticking out if most braids. The parts were sloppy. It was very poorly done in the back and middle. I had to go back and have someone else re-braid the back... very unsatisfied."

"They have many great hair stylist working their. They can do just about anything and everything you ask in a hair style. And have reasonable price. When I get my hair done into a style. How different it will be from anyone else that I see. People will ask me where I've got it done because it was so different from what they see every day woman or girl. "If I could give them 6 stars I would! They let a pregnant woman go to the bathroom whenever she wanted. Also my hair came out great! Price was very reasonable.( most places would charge a fortune for the style I got) I’m very pleased and I will definitely be coming back."
