"This is a great little local theater where you can avoid the chaos of the mall theaters and actually find a seat for newer films. The ‘snack bar’ was also great with plenty of candy and snack options. It doesn’t have the screen size or HD sound of one of the bigger theaters, but overall still a great experience for an afternoon movie."

"Extremely rude staff. Laughed at me and hanged up on me when I asked about accomodations for immunocompromised people or hosting a private masked event. Blocked me without reply on Facebook when I asked why. Ableist jerks. Do not recommend. My review is not fraudulent. You still haven't explained why you'd be immediately hostile to a sick person trying to rent your venue for events."

"My grandson and myself just came from watching Wonka at The Embassy Theater and had a terrific time. First off Tim welcomed us into the lobby and explained that it was a special night for Wonka viewers as they had bean bags for seating and free popcorn with free refills !!! Score !!! There were regular seats too but a special night out with my grandson the bean bags won. The atmosphere was inviting and immaculate and friendly. We will definitely be frequent movie goers now. It’s nice to have a fun place to go again !!!"

"It was so nice to go back to the Embassy! And the staff there are so lovely (I really can’t emphasize that enough), and it’s clear they love the theater. We saw a movie in the theater that been converted temporarily while they do work (it had huge comfy bean bags and chairs), and the staff wanted to triple confirm we were ok with this and offered to even refund if we weren’t happy. It was such a fun experience honestly and made our time! (Don’t worry, the other screenings have regular seats.) I’m so excited to head back here for another movie and support these folks!!"

"An absolute gem of a little theater. We live in the neighborhood and could not be more excited to have Embassy back! Just saw Maestro this afternoon and it was such a wonderful classic theater experience. If you live in the Waltham area, pay them a visit!"
