"Cheap. Place is in need of renovation... You can walk with no appointment even for perm or color jobs... One to two people are working. Having an appointment makes no difference, as they will grab every single walking in person (they will start working with you, then you will be left while they grab a "quicker" than you customer... then they will get back to you). Do not recommended at all."

"AVOID AVOID AVOID! I had been a customer for 10 years... till recent... The owner Gohar have always had zero customer service but I didn't know that she is also very rude... I had always been working with Entela (highlights), Irena (cuts), and once with Olga. All 3 were great, and that is why this place was thriving. Olga left this place first, then Irena, and... a month ago (May 2023), I walked in for my highlights appointment only to find out that Entela also left... The only option was the owner - Gohar (wife of the owner)... So, I had highlights with her... She burnt my hair to the point when it fell off (literally) - because she was grabbing every single customer who would walk in, and neglected taking foil off on time, and washing my head off of the chemicals... she did it only when I requested it being done!!! When I called in over the phone trying to discuss my future, she was just rude and hanged up on me without even letting me to finish my sentence, and I was polite and respectful after all!!! After all my patience... she treated her 10 year customer just like that ah!? Why? Because she didn't even bother to remember my name or anyone's name! She does not care. So silly of her... - worrying about money only and that is why she is loosing it. P.S. reply bellow is pathetic! Gohar DID hang up on me... she didn't even bother asking who is talking... she didn't even let me finish a sentence."

"I’m a regular customer at this hair salon. They do great haircuts and colors. I got my hair trimmed, cut and got highlights that I really liked. They have reasonable prices and wait time. They welcome walk-ins in general. They get busier on weekends and holidays, as expected. Their prices are very fair and reasonable. I like going in. The ladies that run the place are very nice and respectful. They are fast in haircuts and hair dyes and blowouts. I recommend this place esp if you are from the area and appreciate a fast service at a good price."
