"I've been going through the always-challenging experience of growing out my gray hair after 15 years of dying it. I had no idea what it would look like or really how to best go about the process but I knew I was done with that time-consuming, expensive, unpleasant, and unhealthy process. Christiana at Deep Blue has been AMAZING!!! I had not worked with her before and had only been to DB once or twice, but I decided to trust her. We cut it relatively short (it had been below my shoulders, now it is a couple inches above), Christiana added toner a couple of times on the ends to reduce the grow-out line and brassiness, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the result!!! It's been 8 months with 4-5 visits and I couldn't be happier. Yay for Christiana and Deep Blue!! Go there--you won't be sorry."

"I found this salon online with good reviews. Made appointment for next day, as on a phone was told me ‘someone just might cancel one’. Candice made me a haircut; she listened what I asked, but I didn’t really like the haircut she made for me. She even didn’t show me the back of my head at the end, it was way too strange to me. I paid her $70 ( as she told) and few $$ tips. Came home, looked at myself in a mirror, took scissors and totally fixed this haircut. I decided go back to salon and show what a poor job I got for such money. On a way to salon I met my neighbor. She right the way told me: “ what a lovely haircut”. When Candice did see me, to my surprise, she was openly laughing and at the same time told me that yes, definitely my haircut now is very good. And during my appointment, and when I came there second time - there were no customers. Definitely, will not recommend this salon"

"The haircut was mediocre, I've had a similar quality cut before at supercuts. Maybe they are really good with clippers, I can't judge that with my haircut. But the cut with scissors was just not good. I've given it two weeks but you can still see a very clear and uneven cut line. The picture is two weeks after the haircut freshly washed and combed hair (it looks less noticeable then 1-2 days after, and clean combed hair makes it look better than what it looks at the end of the day when it's messier)"
