"Not only did they not do red brown blonde a photo i used for an example is on their own gallery website they turned my hair orange I requested a root smudge I didn't receive and extensions they won't show you until after your appt so you can't match color to they also have a small baby belonging to one of their staff crawling around which is a huge board of health violation and I have kids and am a widow and I worl so I understand the struggle but I dont take my crying toddler to work- i am a medic exhausted and wanted to feel relaxed instead i felt like i left a refugee camp for girls with really great free hair styles and hugh wedge sneakers and when you go to anyone for feedback they defend their staff. Worst color and i paid almost 300 for it. Plus 200 in products and they basically blew off the extensions as I was ordering them there that day so I passed - Never again! also if all they do is 'fix other people's mistakes' anyone would leave a solid review for them I went in better than I walked out. Irritated and 500 short with a very solid mood of I could do without the marketing ploys. If u Can't match hair to what your coloring that's a way to gain more later to customize what shouldn't have needed customizing. Also there's no parking and I work 90 hour weeks I don't have time to go back to fix something you stated you did well from jump."

"ABSOLUTELY IN AWE that becca was able to save my hair. don’t think twice about going to wild salon! i had gotten my hair done the day before at a different salon and it was completely ruined. the first picture was my hair that day, i was so devastated because they had absolutely botched it. i came in to wild salon the day after, desperate for a solution for the disastrous coloring in my hair. to my surprise, they were able to fit in an appointment for me day of, which i wasn’t expecting at all. they are SO kind and were all very sympathetic. becca must’ve done some kind of magic on my hair because she managed to completely fix it and the finished product literally brought tears to my eyes. i am BEYOND grateful for the kindness i was shown and my hair is in the best shape i’ve ever seen it.
