"This is the worst experience I ever had in my life. I did my Keratin treatment here with Anna Maria and I dint like her service at all. She said it might last for 4-5 months, I expected at least 3 months but to my surprise it dint even last for my first wash. I lost all the smoothing like I never did any keratin treatment. And got all the curls back. I purchased Groupon coupon but still she charged me extra $70. I wasted my money and time. when I tried reaching her after my first wash she was really irresponsible and supporting her argument and finally hung up on me. After couple of hours she sent me message saying she can redo it. I said okay and told her if this situation happens again after redoing my hair I will write a review on the website by posting the pictures of my hair because I was scared to trust her. Then she cancelled my appointment and after long conversations she refunded the Groupon amount but not returned $70 which I paid in the store and she stopped replying me. I never saw this kind of customer service in my life. she is so arrogant. please think twice before visiting this place if you value your time and money. It dint even last for 1 wash but she mentioned it might stay more than 4 months. She totally cheated me. Very disappointed."

She offered so much advice and explanation, She really LISTENS and shed so much light on what was going on with my hair and how to make it healthier. The cut is fantastic! "I started off going there because I needed a keratin and bought a Groupon. Right off the bat Anna Maria was honest, upfront and offered tons of advice. She left the decision 100 percent to me and gave me options.. which I loved. My cut was AMAZING! I can't even count the compliments I've received. my color looked so natural! I have dark hair and she been lightening it without having that orange brassy color I've received in the past. And my keratin made my hair smooth and frizz free! I've been back theee times. Prices are fair and reasonable. Not only did she do an amazing job but she is a PLEASURE to talk to and I truly look forward to my visits. Groupon sucked me in, but Anna Maria has made me a repeat customer!"
