"I lived in Nova Brighton for several years and had a great experience! The property manager and leasing agents were always friendly and helpful. The amenities were great (common room, dog park, parking lot and covered guest parking spaces!) and I never had any maintenance issues. The apartments are updated and spacious - I lived in a studio but still felt like I had plenty of space. I only moved out of Nova because I moved in with my fiancé, otherwise I’m not sure I would have ever left!"

Its advantageous location near various transportation services also provides convenient access to inner Boston! 100/100 for everything, highly recommended to rent parking with them!"

"The apartment complex is very clean and there are nice amenities like: a lounge, dog spa, dog park, gym, etc. The property management team is great and very proactive if a problem arises. They are respectful, responsive, and get back to you within a timely manner. I would highly recommend living at this apartment complex."

"I rented a parking spot with them since April 2023. They have been very prompt with their services. I once had batteries dead in my remote (used for opening the garage door) and I was provided with a new remote the very same day. I also had to cancel the reservation once but then later after a week I decided to keep it, they were considerate about it and continued me on the same spot. All these months I had no issues with them. The car has been intact and safe with respect to parking. There was no vandalization of any sort. I have been supported by Lucia, who has been very patient in answering my questions and readily communicating. Overall I would definitely rate a 5/5 and would recommend to people who are looking out to rent a spot in Brighton."

"I love living here, it is a great community that builds a sense of home. The building is super well kept and is super modern and nice. Apartments have washer/dryer which was important for me and are super spacious and well kept. Maintenance is done regularly on the building and if anything needs to be fixed in your apartment, it is done within a day or two. Coming from an old Boston building, it's such a nice change. Amenities are great, with an awesome community room, outside patio and grilling area, gym and dog park, which are all well kept. The building is kept super clean and smelling amazing which I LOVE. The property manager, Lucia, is super kind and an awesome person, even once helping me move a heavy delivery and with something I spilled. There are regular activities to get to know your neighbors and even free Wednesday breakfast. I LOVE NOVA BRIGHTON❤"
