Supercuts

"I went in yesterday. I made an appointment online. I walked in. No one greeted me. There were 2 people cutting hair so I waited for my 2 pm appointment. After they were done cutting hair, the girls still ignored me, even Sam. So I waited then I said something like " did you see me" and she said yes. Well you could have fooled me. I won't be going back in the new year. Very unprofessional"

"We took our 7 year old son here for the first time and Sandra did an AMAZING job. Our son can be difficult to keep calm and have him sit still but she paid attention to every little detail about his hair and made sure he was comfortable and had a great haircut. I was so impressed that I asked if she could cut mine as well. I have had terrible experiences in the past and she was extremely thorough with every step and made sure to ask about what I wanted before she started cutting into anything. She was very personable and definitely knows what she is doing. My son and I will be back to see her from now on, she was that great! Thank you Sandra."
