"The owner didn't know how to make a signature wrap and didn't listen to a word I said. I had to tell him how to make the wrap and repeat myself 4x on every item i wanted and he still didn't get it right. The wrap came out to the size of my hand and was still missing half of the items it was suppose to have."

"Here's a tip. If you're Frontline staff can't understand English and they don't know what you offer then they shouldn't be left to tend to people. I came in for a roast beef wrap. It's simple. It's in every subway. The woman couldn't understand what I was saying by wrap. Flatbread? Italian bread? These are bread choices... Goddammit, I even say tortilla and she doesn't seem to get it. I'm looking at the tortillas in the display. Someone finally came from the back and grabbed one for be after asking what kind I want. I just said habanero when I heard it. Screw it. Whatever gets us moving along. She then just starts tossing on turkey. I said roast beef, said it again and then just said whatever, it's already there so let's just go. At that point, I've already stated what my order was 3 times and that I wanted double meat and literally every step was a chore. I didn't even want veggies at that point. I just wanted to pay, leave and never see this place again. I see why the reviews on Bing are so poor now. Don't ever go by just the review on Google. People try to game the system with fake reviews all the time to pad their score."
