"Had a really bad experience with Blanca. She did not ask how I make my hair before cutting. She did a good job cutting the sides and back. But she did not know how to use scissors. She was cutting hair like how you trim a pet. My hair sticks up now and I cannot do a back comb."

"It’s January 2nd, 5:23PM on a Tuesday and a Karen with glasses didn’t let me in because she decided to close the store early as she’s the only one working there and she’s concerned for her safety. Reasons for 1 star? 1) She could have said it politely instead of yelling and making faced and shutting the door before I could finish my sentence 2) I had to drive in traffic to reach the store that said it’s open till 6pm. Nobody picked when I called the store 3) google doesn’t let you go below 1 star"

"Hair becomes part of people's personality For someone who has had bad experiences (elsewhere), walking into these places is like rolling the dice with a fairly important outward facing detail. I can't even tell you how hard it seems to be these days to find someone who can even string 2 sentences together, let alone communicate well enough to make an experience enjoyable. It was a few weeks ago, and I'm sorry that I don't remember who I had. She seemed fairly young, perhaps in her mid to late 20s. I remember she said she had been cutting for over 10 years. Anyway, my point is that she was awesome, and I didn't want to slack let a good experience go by without recognition."

"Not the worst haircut I've ever had but definitely in the top 10. The stylist didn't seem to understand what I was asking for. All I wanted was a trim but she cut off about 3 in off the top. Luckily hair grows back. I've been to this location about three times. The first haircut I received from there was actually really good, but the stylist does not work there anymore. The last two have been pretty poor. For a simple haircut at $25 I'll go somewhere else next time."
