"Took a 3D tour of a $8,000/month rental. Disappointed! My husband has been doing construction for a few years now and has put those same particle board bathroom vanities in homes that were $1200/month. The lights in the bathrooms were outdated. I could be wrong, but the tour looks like cheap hollow doors throughout. Not to mention outdated lightswitch plates. Tile edges that aren't sealed or caulked. Just saying, for the price point - I would expect alot more luxury and alot more perfection!"

"This management did not believe in personal hygiene and cleanliness. The building had no on-site professional cleaning staff and common area restrooms never had any hand soap. Under your kitchen cabinets you will find built in trash and the ice in your refrigerator will occasionally be greenish color. Some times you will have other people's waste coming up your toilet. There is no hot water available in your kitchen or bathroom, just warm. Concierge staff at first seems to be polite, but soon you will discover that they are not there for you, the resident, but for the management. They will not hesitate to harass you about packages, elevator use or anything else. In addition, be aware that the general manager will accuse you of crimes you never committed to get it his way. This probably will be the next residential building collapsing due to poor management and negligent maintenance team. Stay healthy, stay safe and stay away from Related Management/Related Rentals! "This isnt a review of the arlington appts... I'm posting because my scooter was stolen this evening from the bike rack out front. thiefs used bolt cutters. If anyone has any suggestions aside from contacting the police please let me know"
