Burger King

"We came to this BK with a large order in drive thru recently. When asking for a hot coffee, they gave cream/sugar on the side, which isn't typically how it is served at fast food restaurants (including other BK's!) Also we requested a 10 piece nugget & instead received an 8 piece. I know it's only 2 extra nuggets that we didn't receive, but we did pay for the 10 pc meal & that's not what we were given. The service was also slow & they asked us to pull up to wait on the coffee that we were told they'd bring out to us & never did. We actually had to have one of us go inside to get it! Definitely inconvenient for a drive thru order. We had a busy day & were heading home from the Holyoke Mall. One positive thing I will add is that they have delicious Oreo shakes available in classic regular (vanilla) Oreo or now also chocolate Oreo! Original chicken sandwich was also great. No napkins were given either at all with our big order that cost over $50! Food was good, but service has room for improvement. Especially when you make customers pull aside for a longer wait time to bring out the remainder of the order & then forget to do so. Drive thru is supposed to be quick & easy, that's why we used it! Please try applying a little more effort to keep your customers coming back again. Thanks."

"The manager got upset with me because he did not know how to make me my cherry float and I told him to press Coke float just being sarcastic and he thought I was yelling. lack of sense of humor told me to go somewhere else and refuse services. Really rude. This happened on November 10 at 10:30 Even after me, telling him, I was just being funny and sarcastic. He continued yelling at me. which in no time I was being rude or yelling at him. really unprofessional never would I spend my money in this Burger King this Manager was short and fat whatever his name was really irrelevant…"

"At bk, have it your way, unless you ask, then you can’t. They were out of the bread type for the item I wanted and instead of just swapping it for a bread that they do have like I asked the guy outright refused. I was trying to buy at least 30 dollars of food and instead of just swapping breads you let the sale leave. Dunkin would swap the bread, McDonald’s would swap the bread, hell even a different bk location would have just swapped the bread. No worries though I’ll just go elsewhere."

"Ordered the snack wrap. It was AWFUL. The chicken was less than 1/3 the size of the wrap. It literally had sauce running off of it and the tomato and lettuce were not near the nugget. They got a 2 because the fries were good."

"Typically, I don't have any issues here. Today, they served me dry, hard chicken fries. I see some other reviewers reported moldy bread. Makes me question the food quality. They should not have served that chicken."
