"Food was good but the service was unacceptable when it came time to pay we paid in cash and when the waitress came to give us our change she informed us that she was keeping the coins unless we wanted them which I guess was fine but then when counting the cash out to leave a tip she came over pulled 6$ out of her pocket and said sorry I forgot to give you this to. I never in my life had a waitress “forget” or ask to keep my change this was completely unprofessional. I feel as if we didn’t count out change she would of just kept the cash that she “forgot “ and not said anything"

"Came in today and had a wonderful experience. Our server Isaiah went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! He was very busy but made sure to make every table in the restaurant feel as though he was just taking care of them. I am a manager of a restaurant in a neighboring town and the way Isaiah was during our time at Friendlys, is exactly how I would want my staff to represent my establishment. 10/10!"

"Ordered the same sandwich 3 times in the past few weeks. Every time it was cooked differently and not as described on their menu. The most recent time, the fries were cold even though I placed the oder in store and waited to pick it up. There was also little to no cheese on half the sandwich which defeats the purpose of ordering a grilled cheese. Would not recommend this specific location to others."

"I love Friendly's. My mother and I went in at tail end of lunch rush. We ordered our favorite. Buffalo chicken and loaded waffle fries. It was as good as they always are. What I love about Friendly's is that no matter which one I eat at. I don't get surprises, you know the food tastes different or whatever. Our server was pleasant and on step. I only wished we tipped her more. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Eat here. It's good."
