"I'm a long term customer and the food and service has gone down hill. The portions have been cut in half. Today we got massive amounts of butter on our toasts to the point they were inedible. We all threw ours away. The eggs were so over cooked we couldn't cut them. And the most tiniest amount of potatoes. The bacon was actually right. My sons pancake was for a 3 year old. I called to be nice to ask if their was a new cook and explain everything and she gave me an attitude and put me on hold and then gave more attitude and basically insinuated that I'm lying. This apparently how they treat long term customers who constantly refer people to them. I attached a picture of the butter my hubby took off of just one piece alone. Sucks I paid for these meals no one could enjoy..........."
