"Updated review: Jan ‘24 - Improvements (usually): they’ve got better people working there in the afternoons, midday there can be a pretty surprising delay, late evening quality/service is a little hit or miss (generally good), but the afternoons they have some quality people paying attention to orders and getting food out quickly I’m not going to name anybody “because the internet” but if you get good service let them know Previously - Oct ‘23:Consistently get order wrong, some workers consistently bad attitude / passive rude; some workers are great, but it’s inconsistent"

"Average wendys, typically above average service from employees. Not sure if this is corporate or just this location but the buns are usually cold and kind of stiff. The new breakfast English muffin was kind of disappointing because the English muffins aren't fully toasted. Thats one advantage McDonald's has on their mcmuffins but McDonald's cheese is so fake and gross after a while. The sauce and cheese Wendy's adds to their breakfast sausage but since their buns have been consistently cold and slightly stale for the past year or so i have been opting in to making my own breakfast more often. As for dinner and lunch its hit or miss, typical with any fast food joint. One advantage tho is their drink machine has a way better selection than anywhere else."

"The WI-FI wasn’t working in Wendy’s, so I wasn’t able to earn points on my Wendy’s APP. Unfortunately the hostess said that there wasn’t anything she could do. I then went online to fill out a survey questionnaire and their website wouldn’t let me send it! So I endured tech issues with both the restaurant and in my house and I have great Wi-Fi at my house so the problem lies with Wendy’s!.. They don’t offer an 800 number to actually try to speak with a real live human being! So yes, I AM disappointed! The food was very good and the staff were very good."

"First time I've seen them use the 1st drive thru window to pay. Seems to speed things up. Recently been taking advantage of the buy a spicy chicken sandwich and get a $1 ten piece nugget. Good deal."

"If you want to call letting a worker continually mess with people's order ok then go here. I don't like to complain but when a worker does it on purpose it's sad more then once. All set going there when nothing been done. Sad one thing you never do is mess with someone's food. Lower then low."
