"My dog was a patient at this practice for over 10 years. That was 10 years to long. I never had a good experience there. My dog was sick for last 3 years and doctors never helped, she went to an emergency doctor in Florida and they were able to diagnose properly and put her on the right medication that has improved her health drastically. The front desk staff are horribly rude, unprofessional, and have zero customer service skills. My last experience that led me to finally leave was when a girl at the front desk told me that the huge abscess on my dogs neck that appeared over night wasn’t an emergency. I of course insisted on being seen immediately and eventually was granted an appointment, and of course it was a real emergency!! I have witnessed patients arrive to the front desk and wait for about 10 minutes before one of the 3 girls at the desk ever look up to greet them or check them in. The rates they charge are high, they provide poor care and a horrible customer service. My husband and I have both experienced it on multiple occasions and almost always left annoyed or angry. I work in health care and don’t know how this behavior is being tolerated, obviously very poor management. I definitely do not recommend this clinic. I’m loving the new clinic that we switched to in Saugus much better rates, care and customer service."

"I had a completely horrible and unprofessional experience with my terminal dog . No one really seemed to care and my email was never responded to . When I did address my concerns at the appointment they were ignored and no one followed through . It was a horrible and stressful experience for my dog in one of her last days with us . I’ve been going there for years but will never return. It’s unfortunate they couldn’t take the time to respond and or apologize."

"I had brought my precious pup Stitch for a kind of emergency, and a check up. They found me an appointment pretty fast and were very kind,accommodating to my pup and I. I love this vet location, very nice, knowledgeable, very genuine and caring people . I bring my other dogs here and always have a 5 STAR EXPERIENCE!!! Vets give me and my pup anxiety ,but not here!! I highly recommend this animal hospital, whether its check ups,surgery,treatment etc. The girls here are so amazing @!"
