"It is quite hectic in the waiting area, but we went outside for a walk when that happened. Just make sure the front desk knows, so that the people came after you dont go before you! They are quick and efficient and everyone is nice."

"Although it was very kind of them to take us in with an emaciated stray cat last minute, there must’ve been something wrong with their scanner because they scanned the cat twice and didn’t find a microchip. I took the cat to the Animal Rescue League of Boston the next day and they immediately found a microchip. Additionally, they told me the cat was 7-8 years old when in reality the cat is 15 years old. I cannot comment on their general pet care, but if you find a stray animal I would recommend taking them directly to the Animal Rescue League of Boston."

"This review is for both Medford & Revere pet clinic (same company) I told Medford pet clinic several times I DID NOT want his tail shaved at all. They said ok and booked it for Revere. This is not for "styling" reasons. This is strictly to get his matted furr off as it hurts them and he refuses to let me brush him. I was going every year to the winchester location with no problem but they stopped doing it there. I just feel so bad they ruined his tail. Can't complain to them on the phone cuz can't even get through to them!!"

"Service is good. The vet is a little bit rude, but a good doctor. The medicine they gave me for my cat is working well. The place is a little bit unorganized. Prices are ok. I hope my cat heals soon."

"they take very bad care of my cat , she was sick for almost 2 years , she always had tests and she told me that she did not know exactly what my cat had , after many tests they said they thought it was cancer , but my cat was very weak ! My kitten suffered a lot, when she died, I asked for her insurance card, and guess what? my cat was diagnosed with a tumor in 2021 and they never warned me, I never received this result, I fought a lot for my cat for more than 2 years, this was neglect with my maysa. I'm devastated if you love your pet don't take them to this place!"
