"We normally use the app to order food to pick up through the drive through, but the staff are always ready and appreciative of us ordering ahead. We often have to wait in the pull over spot, but we normally order a decent amount of food, so it is understandable"

"Teach your staffs how to not mess up the codes because they always screw it up and say we already did the code when we never did Mohawk Trail McDonald's in Greenfield, MA 01301 Like it's a problem big time. And they were SOOOOOOOO backed up Friday, December 15th. All there bells were going off, there was madness everywhere lol and they don't know how to do the code. It even said they got it on my phone when the kid said "you already used it" I said '"we just used the code right here." Where they take the orders. Then they give you no suggestion just go silent and make you pay more money because they messed up So fix the crew. I don't think having all teenagers is great either because they're teens come on.."

"It's McDonald's, okay that being said fresh hot and as expected. We ordered takeout, the machine didn't have the receipt paper so that's not good. Especially when it's busy. And they were interviewing a fairly young woman, that quite frankly was dressed up for something besides their counter and I don't mean management either. Very, very odd, and concerning. I like the place, however there's something else going on here, besides food. And the young girl was doing the interview with a live person, but also Someone else on video chat. And they planned to meet up later in the evening. Humm"

"Stopped on way home from vacation while traveling. Should have left when I saw the overflowing garbage can by the front door. Ignored that to go in, ordered at the kiosk and you have to put a table marker number on order to complete it. They never bothered to bring to order to the table or even call it out when ready. I finally walk up see it sitting on the counter and had to find someone to complete it since the didn't even have the lemonades done. Horrible service all garbage was full and employees were slow and unmotivated."
