"I have lived here, year round, for 20 years. From the grounds, with flowers and trees that look like a nursery, to the beach, salt water heated pool, with a lifeguard. A bocce court, tennis courts, restaurant with a bar, live bands and piano player on the weekends. 24 hour emergency service. Gated entry with a guard on weekends. A 10 minute walk to the Ocean House restaurant. One of the most popular restaurants/bars with live entertainment, on the Cape. It is like sitting on a cruise ship, you don't see the beach. The Belmont is a great place for a vacation."

"Where do I start. I grew up looking at the Belmont hotel as a young young person. What they put there in place is a crime. Now what you have to look at is concrete inner city condos that do not belong on the cape and it's beautiful landscape. These things are an eyesore. They do not fit with any houses around even on cape cod. I wish they would tear the place down and be respectful of the people who go down there and go to the beach and look at the river. They have ruined a national treasure. Shame on them!"
