"1st time patient there today and couldn't have been happier with how well it went, especially during this Covid19 Outbreak. Checked us in at our car. PPE and used their own leash. Brought our 2 year old shih tzu-poodle pup in who was battling a painful ear infection and being very aggressive about it. I warned them ahead and they were very understanding. They Got him in, muzzled, sedated, cleaned, swabbed, tested and treated within an hour. All while continuing to update us over the phone while we waited in the parking lot. I was originally so scared to not be able to come in with my fur baby but they definitely made it much easier for this Mama's nerves. I was also pleasantly shocked by how low my bill was in comparison to the VCA we had used before. We will be following up with them in 2 weeks and continue to use them as our go to vet for all 3 of our babies."
