"My pup had a TPLO procedure done on one of her knees earlier in the year where they vet said that over half of pets injure the other knee within a year of the first. Sudbury Animal Hospital provided a quote for the first but ultimately was booked out 4+ months so we decided to bring her elsewhere for the procedure. Fast forward to today, I called in yesterday requesting to book an appointment to check out her other knee and eventually set up another TPLO procedure since she was limping and expressing the same symptoms from the first time around. They booked us for today so when I came in I was expecting to have a physical on her knee and start to plan the surgery. HOWEVER, the vet told me they do not have a surgeon anymore and they could not do anything for me except take X rays (Which do not show joints+ligaments) and recommend me to other vets (Who would make a new patient come in for the same check up they did + other vets typically like to take their own X-Rays). How this information was not shared over the phone is beyond me (They just want $$$). I told the vet that I was frustrated that this information was withheld from me the other day to which the vet said to my face "You're being RIDICULOUS". A medical professional to a patient's face said this. They expected me to pay $85 for solely recommendations to other vets as this vet said he could not even diagnose my pup. This is not the first bad experience I've encountered at this vet. I could not with good faith recommend this place to anyone. They're completely untrustworthy and will use unethical tactics just for you to come in and get them paid. RUN"

"The veterinarians, technicians and office staff here are wonderful. The highest quality of care is rendered by professionals who actually seem to care about your pet more than just the bottom line. I can not give high enough praise for the way the staff here took care of my 11 year border collie's surgery to remove a tumor from her back. She recovered quickly and is back to her old self thanks to the care she received after having been misdiagnosed by another local Vet. The surgeon even called me at home on more than one occasion to update me on lab test and check on her patient. My wife and Love this place and are very happy to have found them."
