"Everyone from the receptionist answering the phone, the technicians, the office manager, and the veterinarian were all knowledgeable and so pleasant during a stressful time with our pet dog, Cali. The facility was spotless also. I highly recommend this center if your pet has the need for urgent care."

"Our 14-year old Brussels Griffon- mix began to show serious signs of distress. We've had several dogs over the years, and were sure that what we were seeing would not end well. It was impossible to get an appointment at our regular vet, but were able to get into Urgent Care within just a couple of hours. Unfortunately, they confirmed that our dog was nearing the end. They proceeded to make the process of euthanasia as painless as possible, for both us and our dog. It's always one of the toughest decisions pet owners have to make, but the staffs' concern made a huge difference. We sincerely appreciate their help, and would recommend them for any urgent care needs."

"Very organized care facility and compassionate care! Our corgi puppy sustained a soft tissue injury, he was uncomfortable and lame. Was able to schedule online an appointment for Dec 26, for an evaluation bc our local vet was booked solid. Veterinary urgent care, Dr. Rachel, Molly, Meriam and Kayla....TY for helping Sailor! Ty for your compassionate care and for listening and looking at our corgi puppy. Such a positive experience despite the pain. Ty!"

"The staff here are simply wonderful — compassionate, caring, kind, and knowledgeable. They were gentle and thorough with my 20-year old cat and took the time to listen to me and explain all of my options and their recommendations. The facility is clean, calm, and beautiful. Highly recommended when you need urgent veterinary care in the Nashua area."

"WORST experience. I first called to ask how much the exam fee was, was told $125. Told the vet tech all my concerns, she said the vet would exam her to see if she did in fact tear her ACL or whatever the dog equivalent is, told me to repeat to the vet all my concerns and she would basically go through each one. The vet did nothing but scratch my dogs back and told me to “bring that up with her normal vet” … after they came back with their quote on services needed which reason for visit was an ear infection and leg pain, the quote stated the exam fee was $115 now and the ear swab for $90 and they wanted $65 for cleaning her ears! After I told them I couldn’t afford the ear cleaning and other things quoted they asked “how much can you afford and we could see what we can do”…. They took my dog away for the ear swab and I told the vet tech it was twice the price for everything quoted of my normal vet and she said “well we don’t make the prices corporate does”… funny since the girl on the phone said the exam was $125 and now it’s $115 and you also tried to bargain prices with me based on what I could afford! To boot, the ear medication they prescribed me- they didn’t have in stock so I had to then leave there to call around for the meds and the Vet didn’t fill out the grams on the script so I couldn’t fill it without the CORRECT information on it and I was still in the parking lot in my car calling places to find this med and they told me I would have to wait 2 hours for the vet to re write the script correctly! I would NOT recommend taking your pet to these incompetent crooks!"
