"They let my beautiful German Shepard die. They looked at her and said I don't know what is wrong. And did no further test but instead quickly gave us an antibiotic and sent us home. Who in there right mind would say to a human I DON'T Know What Is Wrong? Banfield does. She went in a total of 3 times each time saying I don't know what is wrong here try another medicine when they DON'T even know what they are treating her for!!! She died of 90% of her stomach being filled with cancer elisions. How we know is we rushed her to Tufts Animal Hospital and they immediately knew what was wrong. They said this is actually common in German Shepheard's. They rushed her into surgery and she died on the table. Three months we went to Banfield and they did not know what they are doing. Pet Smart is a wonderful store. They care, they took back all the food and other things and gave us our money back. Talk about compassion. Pet Smart, if you are listening please get rid of this chain franchise vet where they just make money rushing your family in and out. Good Luck!"

"Ive been going to Banfield in Millbury for over 6 years and they are great for my dogs wellness needs. They always find time for him, they are patient and kind. Shannon at the front desk is the BEST and I have had amazing vets the entire time as well. I am always happy to bring my senior dog here knowing that they will be patient with him and do the best they can! Hes had alot of health issues lately and Dr. Stockdale has been great for information and coming up with plans for how to handle his issues. Thank you everyone for being so amazing!!!"
