Wendy's

"Never have I ever had such bad service at a drive thru that I had today (Jan 26). The woman who took my order told me only 1 order could be done at the drive thru, which I’ve never heard of before. After every item we ordered, she would scoff at us, cut us off mid sentence and say loudly “ANYTHING ELSE!?!”. She made me repeat most of my items twice to 3 times. No way she didn’t hear me, I increased my volume every time. I go here often and have always had excellent service. Whoever this woman is ruined this place for me and I’m really hard pressed to want to return. Shame on her for how she’s made me feel about this place. One of my sandwiches was wrong, and I got the wrong sauce. Horrible."

"Every few month I return, hoping they get their act together. Love Wendy's apple pecan salad, which I get whenever I travel, but this store always disappoints. They do not know what they have, will take my $ and then realize they have none (& act pissy because I don't want a taco salad but a refund). Or they will make it with half the ingredients, or the wrong ones and not tell you. How can a franchise be allowed to operate like this?"

"I stopped going to Wendy's on pittsfield. Take forever to order and just about every order they forget somthing. Like today the CHICKEN in the chicken biscuit was missing. Or the SAUSAGE in the sausage egg and cheese. I understand mistakes happen but every time? Litterally every time."

"Never coming back here EVER again. No customers inside or out but yet it took AT LEAST 5 min just to take my order… than I get to the window and have to ask for fresh fries and then was told to wait by the door for someone to bring it out for them to then not even bring my whole order out so I have to go inside and nobody knows what’s going on. I go to eat my food and the fries were soggy af. Where tf is the manager making sure your business is right !!!!!"

"I won’t be coming back to this location for awhile. First when we pulled up we waited for about 3-5 minutes before someone spoke through the mic to us. Not a “hold on please” or anything and the employee came off as absolutely miserable when taking our order. Then we had to pull up to the parking lot to wait for the food which the food came out after a few minutes so that was good but the workers there don’t seem to act like people are customers. I felt like I was their inconvenience. Food was fresh but my friend had a wrap which had hard chicken pieces in it so idk what that’s about. Also it’s not like I showed up 15 minutes before close. I went almost an hour before they closed. I had the same exact experience as last time."
