"Had appointment set for color and trim. My confirmation said that and my time 1:00-3:20 . At 2:30 my stylist skipped the cut and started blow drying. I stopped her, and asked why she wasn't cutting my hair. She told me that her appointment wasn't set up for that at her end and she had another client. I tolder that the houses fault, not mine.i showed her my confirmation to prove my type of appointment. My hair cut is hurried and so/so, my hair color was supposed to be brown with a few temporary orange streaks. When I blow dryer it at home right around the corner, not only could I not see my orange streaks I paid for, but my blonde is leaching through the brown!!! $197!!!!! They suck!!!"

"I honestly haven’t been to an actual salon in a long time. Someone would come to my house to do my hair. I also just have anxiety in general. A friend referred me to Savannah at Station 2 Salon in Beverly. I thought it was extremely easy to get in touch with them to make an appointment. When I arrived at the salon Savannah put me right at ease. She has a gentle, calm manner that is very comforting. She is super nice. All the staff are truly lovely. I have also been waxed by Kelly. I felt very comfortable with her as well. Overall my experience at Station 2 Salon has just been fabulous."
