"To start would to never finish upon moving here in 2020 I felt that it woould come to be place of residence I could finally find peace in. However after quickly observing their methods of taking care of tenants is very familiar with slum lord behavior. Amber Vargen, Steven Grant, Patricia Garretson. As I moved in there were immediate issues. I voiced my concerns over the term of time living there. For two years there was no resolution. The children are out past the noise ordinance and also roaming behind the complex. There is a inebriated female who walks the grounds drunken. There is a iminent danger being chidren do live there. From 2020-2022 I filed several complaints from the noise that would start at 8pm-2am Steven Grant allowed this given his relationship with the tenants family. I would not reccomend taking unit I9 nor any units for that matter. They do not respond to serious matters within your home in a timely manner. The debris and dirt tha is never cleaned up should not be the residences job. They are malicious and adamant with no moral compass please do not rent from HMR Properties."

"Report this matter to your local district, immediately they will make maintenance do there jobs. After this is done if you have any document against these people make copies and take your documents to court"

"I've been renting here for almost 10 years.The Townhouses here are rarely updated and maintenance requests are not dealt with timely. The bugs in the spring and summer are horrible as the complex is build surrounded by protected swamps. The lease is very complex and allows no swimming pools for kids. Another thing is the kids... a lot of the children in the neighborhood will group up outside your apartments creating disturbances, even after quiet hours. Cars have been broken into here, tires mysteriously gone flat, and other odd nuisances. Such as; neighbors yelling and fighting, cops constantly being called, fire department constantly showing up. Someone even Overdosed on heroine as well. He died. It's ok for a temporary living situation but I wouldn't recommend, due to our rent being increased dramatically after the first year... So if you want to live in a swamp full of bugs, with sub-par amenities, then move on in - they would love to have your money."
