Osprey Landing

"This place is beautiful and the apartments are very nice and modern with a huge back porch and a storage area on the porch as well, nice place to live, unfortunately you have to be on a year or 2 waiting list and when I got my apartment my neighbors are some young guys that look like they're in college or just graduated! There's 3 guys living in a 3 bedroom and they're loud and obnoxious and I've reported them to the office and my neighbors are still loud and rude! I don't know how they were on a waiting list I'm sure there's real families that need a big apartment to live rather than a couple young guys that sound like they're destroying the place! The windows here are single pane and don't stop the draft from coming in I had to put shrink plastic to stop the draft otherwise I'd freeze! The fact that I went through hoops to get in here and there's 2 young guys living next to me that are loud all the time and how did they pass the screening process???? Nice apartment in the warmer weather and hope you get decent respectful neighbors because the office doesn't do anything! There's a person that has 4 vehicles parked in the parking lot taking up visitors spaces the office has nothing to do with managing this place! Unfortunately!!"

"If you are looking for the most perfect place to live in the Portsmouth/seacoast region, stop looking now. Osprey Landing is that city on the hill. From the beautifully maintained grounds and neighborhood, to the continuously maintained and improved apartment houses. Due to costs of taxes and mortgages, renting at Osprey is certainly your best option for living in this area. My wife and I are raising 4 little girls here and could think of being nowhere else. From the playgrounds, to sidewalks, to green spaces, we have been supremely happy here for going on four years, and hope to remain here for many more. The dedication of the office staff, the maintenance crew, and the property manager, is beyond compare. They operate this community like a well oiled machine. It is a peaceful oasis in the heart of a bustling city. We will be forever grateful to the people who make Osprey Landing what it is, our home."
