"You people should be ashamed! You restrict the right for employees to have individual permits to park in a parking lot that doesn’t even get half full! Your tow trucks rob peoples cars indiscriminately every night like predator sharks!! Even when we own permit passes, your lackies dig into the glass try to play by the books when your office says not to worry! I just got my permit pass on December 2023 and gets towed for expiration the next month!! How dare you!!!!! People in the community shouldn't have to live in fear every night not making it home. Dont screw with my car or anyone else in this community! SCUM!!!"

"Redbrook Apartments is an incredible place to live and have a community. Annemarie, Katie and Taylor are very sweet and helpful. The apartments are very nice as well as the outdoor activities and the natural environment. The reserve is beautiful. Also, the distance between Cape Cod and Boston is very convenient. A great place to live and share with the family and friends."

"I only lived at Redbrook for a few months after moving in with my boyfriend. I wish I could give stars for different aspects of this complex. We loved the Redbrook community. The people, the amenities, and the whole Redbrook neighborhood. This part, I would give 5 stars. But unfortunately, when it came time for us to renew our lease, we were offered a ridiculous raise in rent to resign, almost $400 per month. We reached out to Katie the property manager who basically brushed off our request to come to solution so we could stay in our home we loved. We even wrote a letter to corporate explaining our situation, who knows if that was even seen by them. Once we decided to move, we found our apartment was listed for $400 less than we were paying when we left!!!! On top of this, there were rules constantly thrown at us. Not being able decorate our patio the way we like or not being able to park outside our garage or we’d be towed. It’s just too bad our time there ended so negatively with no help from the property manger."

"Bob and I are coming up on our 1 year anniversary of making the best decision ever of moving into our beautiful, spacious, modernly designed 2 bedroom apartment! The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained with the management paying close attention to all the important details such as managing dog waste, noise disturbances, and the no smoking policy. The office staff and the maintenance staff are all very professional, timely, and friendly. Special shout out to Katie and Darion, who made the rental process so smooth and who also continue to care about the needs of all their residents. My favorite thing about living here is the view from my living room and balcony. The large windows light up my apartment and offer a relaxing breeze when opened. Highly recommend these apartments and this community. “There’s living and then there’s Redbrook living.”"
