"Checked out the Elm building a few years ago. Wheelchair access seems decent. Found the toilet was a little to low for safety. Colors used could be more inviting. Grey is rather depressing. Didn't like the swing out double cabinet door in the kitchen area. Found the drawer space in the kitchen area to small.The shelving in the closet in the bedroom was brand new but already scratched. I would also remove the rug in the bedroom for better movement in a wheelchair. I would also change the lighting in the bathroom to a different style such as individual lights above the sink having separate switches to save electricity. I would give much more bedroom space as well, it being for someone in a wheelchair. I personally would prefer having a lot more room in the bedroom. I would also eliminate the pull out cutting board or move it closer to the oven, or use just a low table. Never have liked grab bars by the toilet either even if some use them for balance."

"Good luck trying to get in touch with the leasing office here... I called and emailed for two weeks straight to the point I was actually wondering if my phone wasn’t working due to the lack of response but it was in fact just them being neglectful. I was very seriously interested but found a complex just as nice that reached out to me within 15 minutes of submitting a request for more info. No excuse, very unprofessional."

"Brand new beautiful apartment! Love being on the third floor where there is less noise. Maintenance can be slow tho"
