Village at Marshfield Apartments

"Not a bad place to live. Maintenace is quick to respond to requests! Easy to contact and pay rent. Apartments could use a paint job and a few other updates, cover-up paint doesn't match in our bathroom and you can tell they have used layers of paint to cover damages."

"This place is a renters nightmare! They will not be held accountable for anything! They hire roofers that leave all their roofing nails all over the property without the slightest attempt to pick them up, took out Mutiple tires on my car, they would not be held accountable, they painted the buildings and over sprayed all the windows and yet again my car!! Would not be held accountable!!! There plumbers were pulling an 8 foot pipe out of the side of their van and dented my car!!!! Again nobody was held accountable!!!! Multiple times a week they will send out emails threatening legal action and fines against there residents for dumb things like balcony clutter or trash at the dumpster, whatever they come up with they always threaten legal action and fines and this is a constant event that happens multiple time a month or even multiple times a week. But they will sure rent you an apartment full of mice and yet again will not be held accountable! This place is frustrating! Should of never moved here!"

"I have lived here over a year and I am so grateful for Paul and the crew here. The playground and courts here are a great spot for my kids to ride their bikes and hang out with friends here. Everyone has always been so friendly and helpful, and Paul in the front office has always been the biggest help and resource here."
