"Drove over 30 minutes to this location after confirming my reservation on ClassPass. They informed me they were no longer with ClassPass-instead of being kind about this error on their end, I felt as they were acting like it was my fault when it is in fact their issue. As a business, if you do not offer services on an app, you need to go through the proper steps to remedy. It clearly has not been fixed if MANY people continue to come in often from this error still. This does not fall on your customers. I would've happily paid for my nails, but given how rude the woman at the shop was, I had to leave. I would NOT recommend coming here!!! O out of 5 stars for how they handled this situation loudly for others to hear in front of a crowded nail salon. Yikes."

"Great Service, nice techs, and they all are great. I have gotten my nails done by each tech at one point.. no complaints! Highly recommend the dip, keeps nails strong, longer lasting and beautiful colors! Call ahead, best chance of being seen! Nails by Kathy!!!"

"I was visiting Boston and I found this shop near my Airbnb. My technician was friendly and understood exactly what I wanted. She did an amazing job with my nails which was needed for an event that night. I'll definitely be coming back in the future if I am in the area!"

"Decided to try this place after looking for a new salon closer to my work. The service itself was okay, the person who was working with me didn't attempt to start any conversation with me that wasn't related to my services, which I thought was odd but not a huge deal. I got a manicure and a pedicure for my vacation that I was leaving for the next day, and I am now 4 days after my appointment, but my polish on both my fingers and toes looks like it was done weeks ago. The polish is almost halfway off of my nails, and I haven't done anything that would cause the polish to come off at a quicker rate. Also, ever since my pedicure, the skin on my feet has been peeling off and is very painful. I have gotten many pedicures in my life, and have never experienced anything like this before. I will never go here for nail services again!"

"Such a great nail salon. The best one around here, this is my go to place! They always make time for you and do such an amazing job. They are busy but never rush their work with you. My nails last so long and look so clean unlike other places. Recommend this over any other salon in Walpole!!"
