"Management is not good. I went 3 days so far with no heat (in the middle of winter) and it's so hard to reach the office. Every time call get the answering service, who just leave a note for the office. also reported broken blinds (via email, phone, and rent portal) repeatedly for 8 MONTHS and they were never fixed. Apartment itself is ok. Comes with no amenities (don't believe them when they tell you they're almost done building the rooftop deck. They told me that in August 2021)."

"Overprice for the location, quality and size of the apartaments. You can get better deal in revere, saugus, malden, Chelsea, medford and all around Boston. Some even give you one to two months free."

"This is apartment was decent until harbor properties took over. They raised the prices by over $200 with no new amenities. there is always dog poop everywhere. when something needs to be fixed, you cannot get a hold of them. My sister lost her keys and they wanted to charge us $100 to get it replaced ONE HUNDRED!! the apartment is small and overpriced. if you're thinking of moving here do yourself a favor and don't. it will save you the headache of having to deal with harbor properties"

"Writing this review at 6am because for the past hour, I’ve been awaken by another tenant’s dog barking continuously. There is no sound proofing in this place. You can literally hear everything!!! Would be nice to have the amenities on the 5th floor that I was once shown (pool table, movie room, gym equipment, etc.). Other than that, the new management company Harbor Properties, is great. It used to be Crowninshield and they barely lifted their fingers to care for this property."
